Stewart Litvack is a Founding Partner at Litvack Sherman LLP, a distinguished boutique law firm that focuses on Family Law, and Estate and Trust Litigation. Stewart is highly regarded in the legal community and frequently sought after for his insights on complex legal matters.  He has extensive experience pleading before the Superior Court of Quebec, the Quebec Court of Appeal and has won a landmark case at the Supreme Court of Canada.

Beyond his legal practice, Stewart is highly engaged in innovating the family law sector, and is passionate about reshaping the way family lawyers practice. To this end, he has developed a cloud-based platform for family lawyers that assists them in modernizing their practices and leveraging AI.

Stewart holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University with a major in Finance as well as a Civil Law Degree from the University of Montreal.  He is a husband and father of four young children, and an active and committed member of the Tel Aviv University Canada community, including sitting on the National Board and currently serving as the Regional Chair for Ottawa, Quebec and Atlantic Canada.
