Tel Aviv University drives groundbreaking research in medicine, science and technology, the environment and other fields, and trains the next generation of entrepreneurs, innovators and leaders.
On the Road to Breakthroughs, we must support our greatest resources – our students and researchers. As TAU Canada asks you to Support Fellowships at TAU, we begin with a focus on funding crucial Irwin Cotler Fellowships for Canadian students
We urge you to help empower Canadian students like Gideon Belete to fight antisemitism.
Gideon Bentele, graduate of Tel Aviv University’s Lowy International School with a Master of Security and Diplomacy and 2023 Irwin Cotler Fellow, with The Honourable Irwin Cotler.
All students have the right to feel safe on campus. They need the tools and knowledge to educate their peers and build bridges with allies and new friends.
Gideon Belete was an inaugural Irwin Cotler Fellowship recipient and is a recent graduate of Tel Aviv University‘s Lowy International School, Master of Security and Diplomacy.
As a Fellow at TAU’s Irwin Cotler Institute for Democracy, Human Rights and Justice, he and his international peers explored concepts of democracy, human rights, discrimination, and antisemitism.
The Irwin Cotler Fellowship Program provides the tools to combat racism and advocate for human rights.
Support students in shaping a brighter future for Israel and the world.
Please donate today and provide students with the education, skills and confidence to advocate for themselves and their peers and protect the safety and learning of future generations.
Together, we can drive innovations in human rights advocacy and medicine, enhance Israeli society and empower tomorrow’s leaders. Join us on the road to breakthroughs!
Thank you for supporting Fellowships at TAU!
