Alana Drimmer
Dr. Alana Drimmer is a distinguished dentist and philanthropist, graduating from the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2008. With a deep-rooted commitment to giving back, she has made significant contributions to healthcare initiatives, particularly through her work with SickKids Hospital. As a member of the Capitol Campaign Cabinet, Dr. Drimmer played a pivotal role in supporting the hospital’s mission. Additionally, she has served on the advisory committee for the Innovators Program at SickKids for six years, promoting innovative healthcare solutions for children.
Beyond her professional achievements, Dr. Drimmer is a dedicated mother of three wonderful children: Ella (13), Alexa (10), and Raphael (7). The Drimmer family shares a profound connection to Israel, highlighted by their involvement in establishing the Drimmer-Fischler Family Stem Cell Core Laboratory for Regenerative Medicine. This cutting-edge facility is at the forefront of research and development, training future specialists and advancing treatments for a variety of diseases.
Dr. Drimmer is looking forward to collaborating with the regional board of CFTAU to continue funding innovation at Tel Aviv University, reflecting her passion for philanthropy and commitment to advancing healthcare initiatives globally
